Returns & Exchanges

Items are not eligible for a refund unless the item arrives damaged or is incorrect. A store credit or an exchange will be issued for all items except for swimwear and jewelry. Exchanges are allowed if item arrives damaged or a size exchange needs to be made.

For all exchanges please contact customer support by emailing customer@shopatmerge.com with your order number in which we will advise you on your further options and instructions. Styles must remain unsoiled, unwashed, and with tags still in tact, including packaging. In accordance with health regulations, any item returned that has been worn, marked, soiled, washed, or damaged will not be accepted.

For all exchanges in the U.S. items must be returned within 10 business days from the postal date that the item was shipped to you. For all exchanges outside of the U.S. items must be returned within 15 business days from the postal date that the item was shipped to you.

When the exchange or store credit is approved you will receive a new invoice with order details or a store credit that does not expire. In the unlikely instance that your piece is faulty, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your goods. Upon the return we will assess the fault.

Merge reserves the right to refuse, replace, or repair your product. If the original item is no longer in stock, you will receive a store credit or refund of your choice. Merge holds a no warranty policy. Due to different qualities in computer screens, some items may appear as slightly different shades than they actually are.
